Licence information

Anyone carrying waste for business in England has to be registered with the Environment Agency. Here's ours — and how to check it yourself.

Why this matters to you

Under the household waste duty of care, you are responsible for making sure your waste is passed to someone authorised to take it. If waste from your property is fly-tipped after an unlicensed operator takes it away, the penalty can land on you — even though you paid someone to remove it. Checking the register takes about thirty seconds and is worth doing for any firm you hire, including us.

What you get from us

Documentation recording the transfer of your waste into our care, so you have proof it left your property legitimately. Waste is taken to a licensed transfer station, sorted, and recycled wherever it can be.

Insurance

We carry public liability insurance. If you need to see the certificate — some commercial clients and managing agents do — just ask and we'll send it over.
